Leadership is the Art of Management. Leadership is often understood as a tool and taught as a technique. However, Leadership is much more. It is a culture, a philosophy, a natural habit and a way to live.
What kind of Leader is required for the "PLAYING to WIN" strategy?
Usually, no CEO, Chairman or President admits that his/her Strategy is "PLAYING not to LOSE"! However, many leaders do just that. Their only goal is not to lose - so as not to be guilty for a failure. Many large corporations create this spirit in which FAILURES are sanctioned much more than SUCCESSES are awarded. This way, they are destined to LOSE in the long run.
